Neither of us got to thank you properly on the actual day, we were both just blown away by the whole thing! it completely outdid all our expectations. It would take all day to write about what we loved about it, but believe me we loved all the details that you managed to cover.....down to the candles and flowers and, in particular, the smooth running of the ceremony for two people who were suddenly hit by nerves!....
Please pass on our thanks to Andrea and his team for the spectacular presentation of food. His team are very pleasant and professional and looked after the coeliacs and vegetarians perfectly. The atmosphere at the villa was more magical than we could have imagined....
The food was fantastic and the antipastas, which they prepared in front of us, were superb. Please tell Andrea and Enea that we received such praise for all their wonderful food....

Where do we begin to thank you for providing our daughter Shannon with a picture perfect, storybook wedding? We simply do not have sufficient superlatives to express our gratitude. Everything was done seamlessly with impeccable service and exquisite taste.
We experienced not a small amount of trepidation when Shannon began planning her nuptials "on-line". In retrospect had we known how awesome you were prior to our actual meeting there never would have been the slightest worry. Your kindness and warmth shone through at every turn - from providing transportation and hair appointments to searching for misplaced passports and supplying fans to emotional guests....

OUR HISTORY: Salve (which in Italian means ‘greetings’) Umbria has been organising weddings, mainly in the Umbrian region of Italy, since 1997. Starting from a request from a family member to organise her wedding the business has grown immeasurably over the years and 70% of weddings we organise now are on recommendation or by word-of-mouth. It is now a full time concern all the year round. Sarah was brought up in London, and then moved to Rome where she lived for a couple of years before moving to Kenya and then to Paris where she married her second husband, Eric, who now manages the all important back office! They are both British and speak fluent Italian and French. In between moves and frequent trips to the far East, to visit family, Sarah worked in the fashion trade in New York, London and Paris before setting up a successful interior design company in Paris. Then, returning to Italy, Sarah and Eric now enjoy the best of all worlds! What other job could provide me with so many things that I enjoy doing? Meeting couples and their families from all over the world, retaining my English roots, working alongside a marvellous team of Italians, using my merchandising skills, my languages and promoting Italy, whilst at the same time being able to live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world ?!
